Expensive Charge
Question:
I’ve got an information that the service charge at Happy Land Hospital is expensive, is that true?

Answer:
The service charge is varied and of course, it depends on the type of the disease suffered. While the definite service is room charge, which is competitive (considering facilities provided) in comparison to the other hospital, and the other charge known as package. Happy Land Medical center provides Birth Package what we called One Day Surgery, and up to know this package has also been the cheapest charge on Yogyakarta. For those reasons, either cheap or expensive, once again, it all depends on many factors, mainly to the type of disease. The most important thing is we always make sure that the patients get medical services based on appropriate standard. If in latter period the patient has difficulty in payment, we are ready to find a way out without sacrificing the recovery. In this case, our customer service will be ready to help you.

   
Registration
Question:
In order to avoid queuing too long is it possible for patient to register by phone.

Answer:
Yes, it is very possible. Please contact registered unit, mention your identity and the doctor/physician you wanted. Our staff will let you know the line number. However, it is very necessary for you to know that when you register by phone the line number is not started from number one.

Replacement Doctor/physician
Question:
If we are not satisfied with the service given by one of the doctor during undergo our treatment, can we ask for another doctor?

Answer:
Yes, you can. Please make a formal statement letter and the name of the doctor / physician you want to replace. The patient family assumes responsibility of any consequences from the replacement.

Home Visiting
Question:
If we want visiting treatment to our house, is that thing possible?

Answer:
Yes, it is possible. We provide Home Visiting package handled by a doctor and a nurse. If the doctor gives an advice to undergo more completed treatment then it is better for the patient to be treated by our specialist.
